Making a claim is really straight forward.
You'll need to complete our online claim form as soon as possible including as much detail as you can regarding what happened, where it happened and what has been lost/damaged.
We'll review that form here at Eversure and make sure we have all the information we need before submitting that to Questgates, our professional claim handlers. They'll send you an email within 72 business hours to confirm that they're working on your claim and then get in touch with more information.
Typically, claims are resolved within 30 days. This can take longer if the equipment needs specialist repair rather than replacement. We'll work hard to keep you in the loop though so that you know what's going on.
